The FireSense Extreme 3.0kg Auto Electrical fire extinguisher system is designed for enclosed Rally cars and features a compact Alloy bottle allowing it to be fitted to any car, classic or modern.

Note: Any competitor using a Gas Extinguisher system in Rally events require a minimum 3.0kg system.

This particular extinguisher features a unique Auto Activation trigger function. If internal temperatures of the cabin rapidly rise to extreme temperatures the system will automatically trigger. This new safety feature ensures in the event a fire quickly getting out of control or a driver losing consciousness or is trapped and unable to operate the system it will operate Automatically. The system also features a built-in pressure release valve should the cylinder reach critical pressure due to a fire event it will safely release pressure preventing a dangerous cylinder explosion.

This Firesense hand held extinguisher is filled with 2.4 litres of AR-AFFF extinguishant and meets MA/CAMS requirements for stage rallying.

AR-AFFF is a water based foam extinguishant with excellent coverage. It has excellent fire knock down properties and leaves a film which helps prevent re-ignition of the fire.
